Has anyone here used one of these for their KMG style grinder?

Aluminum sanding disc
9" diameter aluminum sanding disc
1/2" thick, screws on in place of wheel-retaining nut
Fits 6", 8", and 10" contact wheels

$39.00 plus shipping

The only downfalls I can see is that it would be an inch larger than my 8" wheel so it couldn't stay on permanently. I would have to take it off and put it on as needed which might get old.
Thanks,
Jason

I've never used that particular product, but I would suggest considering a smaller disc if they have such a thing. With an 8" disc you can simply cut your own abrasive discs from sheet sandpaper, and use spray adhesive to attach it to the aluminum. I find this more cost effective than using the pre-cut 9" abrasives.

Looks cool. It'd be a great easy addition.

Sheet sandpaper comes in 9"x11" so it'll work to buy sheets and make your own sandpaper discs.

I hope someone has used one for feedback.

I'm researching various disk options and I was curious also to see if anyone has tried this on their KMG.
