Copilot or Pegasus?

I'm looking to pick up a small knife and have been looking at the Copilot with SS handles. I just saw a pic of the Pegasus (thanks Brandon) and I'm not sure which is the stronger knife.
Does anyone know the blade thickness on these knives? Anybody own them both and have a preference?
I figured out now that my EDC is a Hunter model, but the 3 inch blade is not legal to carry where I live (not that I particulary care as I also carry a Police for emergencies) but I now often find myself hesitating to take it out to cut anything, especially since I have found out the blade length on the Hunter to make it (State Property to be distroyed) ACK!!!
Your help and advice would be appreciated.
Also, what steels are these knives? (Oh:eek: Steel snob here)

I don't have answers to your questions about the Co-pilot or Pegasus but I recommend that you also consider the Navigator, Meerkat, and upcoming Salsa.

I have a Navigator (the Pegasus' slightly bigger brother) and love it. I also have a Co-pilot but I prefer the feel of the Navigator in my hand with a place for every finger. Cheers! -Alan

I have a serrated Pegasus. It is a very strong little knife. One word of advice though. Don't get the serrated version. Even though it is great for opening boxes and such. The serrations tend to snag very easily.

Welcome to the forums!
The blade thickness on the Co-Pilot is 3/32" with ATS-55 blade steel (older version was Gin-1).
Blade thickness on the Pegasus is 3/32" with Gin-1 steel.

Between the co pilot and the pegasus I would go with the Pegasus but I thind that the Navigator might have a slightly bigger blade and I know that the new Meerkat has a cool lock if you can deal with the FRN handles. I know that I would be happy with any of the above I just happened to find a cool Pegasus that I liked when I was looking for a small knife.
