Is a poor blade grind an issue on the copper natrix. I am not talking about typical blade grind issues where the bevels are not even. This knife has that but I am referring to the cutting edge. Instead of having a extremely shallow belly from pivot to point like the pictures I see in online examples, I have a knife with a very shallow belly from the pivot extending half way to the point. Half way toward the point the grind is completely flat all the way out to the point. Is this blade shape normal? I found three examples of this knife and looked at all three side by side. I chose the least dramatic example and purchased that one. If this is not a typical blade shape I would like to know. Forgive me if my knife terms are inaccurate. I am new to buying decent quality knives.

I looked at the bladehq photo of the knife and I see what you're talking about. No it doesn't have the nice sweep of most modified sheep's foot blades, I think they intend the front to be used as a seperate cutting edge.
