Copy .swf?

Ok computer gurus. Is there any way to download a .swf? I would like to have a copy of this before it goes away.

I tried that when I first came across this a few years ago, but all I got was a blank box. It works now, but it doesn't play automatically. I have to start it from control. If I send it to folks who are even less computer literate them me, they will never get it to play.

I'll have to do a little research into this stuff.

There is software outthere to capture swf files off of websites.
