As some of you already know, i recently acquired 2 high-end $1800 Jerry Corbit knives in a series of trades.

Each suffered from the most trivial scratches in the blued steel, so minor that many people probably wouldnt even have noticed them, but perfectionist nut i am, i surely did, and i contacted Jerry to send them in so he could reblue the blades and bolsters. Now, whatever scratches were there occurred AFTER these knives left Jerry's shop and were in no way his fault, and you guessed it, he reblued everything free of charge!!! I was perfectly willing to pay him for it, and remember, i didnt even buy these knives from him, and yet, all he asked was return postage. Needless to say, the knives are now truly perfect and beautiful.

The best way i know how to thank him is to give my highest recommendation to you all, he makes a beautiful knife, and he stands behind them 100%. Thanks Jerry!

If youd like to see them, theyre in my picture gallery, a link is provided below my signature line.

Great knives, great maker.

Im one happy camper.

Beautiful knives Meg. To go along with the other fine blades you have. The ones you would like to have are also very nice. During the mid to late 80's I collected, exclusivelly, Warren Osborne knives. At the time he was not doing art knives but rather using knives. The using knives though were the most precise knives with the tightest tolerances I had ever seen. The model I was my favorite and I ended up with about 5 of them at one time! One that I had him do for me had 3/16" steel with stag grips. It was awesome, and so tight that in the summer I had a hard time flicking it open due to it swelling! Yep, need my ass kicked for ever selling it.........and a few more I sold. One day I will post the whole sad story!

Bottom line, you got some real winners there pardner!
