Is this the correct size Corby for 6mm holes?
.312 HD x .213 SD x 1 L
Or do they come in metric sizes too?

A 6mm hole is 0.236", which is nicely just a bit oversized for that Corby.
You need the hole and countersink for the head in the handle material to match the Corby though.
Jantz sell "rivet drill" bits, that cut both in one step, perfectly centered. I used to do it with two separate drill bits and it was much more of a pain.

You want/need a little clearance in the tang holes, so that size Corby will just work in a blade with 6mm tang holes. You will have to be very precise in drilling to avoid one of the bolts not wanting to go through. Personally, I would ream the tang holes to 6.5mm for that bolt size.
