Cord wrapped handles, anyone?

Has anyone cordwrapped the handles of their Beckers? I am thinking of it on my BK-7(perfect already, but i'd like to try it). I was just wondering if i could get some pictures to see what it looks like before i try it. I'm partial to the adage"If it ain't broke, don't fix it", but could anyone that has wrapped their handle tell me how it might compare to the stock handles? Also, how might I make the cord more waterproof?
