A lot of knives on display in the movie version of Shakespeare's Coriolanus, recently released on disc. From the very first scene where Gerard Butler (sp?) is shown stone-sharpening a blade (the wrong way) to the very end, when Ralph Fiennes (Coriolanus) meets that blade and a host of other opposing cutlery too, the movie shows a lot of fixed blades. There is even a one-on-one knife fight between Butler and Fiennes. An interesting curio. If you can stomach the Bard, it could be worth while. Then again...

I must point out that I love that film, but then again I like Shakespeare. Some incredible acting in it too.
