can someone tell me which multi-tools have this? the only one I have found that has all 3 is the leatherman Juice pro and Xe6

Although the corkscrew is not incorporated into the body of the multi-tool, the Swisstool CS Plus might be the one you want.
 
There are also a few SAK's that have that combination, if you don't mind the smaller pliers, including the Handyman, Champion (the angler comes tantalizingly close but has the scaler instead of a file), Tradesman, and the CyberTool 41. And of course the various "Champ" versions, (SwissChamp, WorkChamp, both with or without XL etc.)
