Cornershot

Hey Guys..

The idea of shooting around corners isn't new..
The Germans had an MP44 with a curved barell during WWII.. Don't know if it got any service or if it was just a prototype,,but they did have one..

A maneuverable barell is new though...

As WW II wound down in Europe & victory was almost a sure thing, photos were in our newspaper showing a .45 corner weapon. Remember seeing it but it looked like the grease gun was the frame.

Yes, it was right at the end of the war, and it did look a lot like the US grease gun, but it was German. It had a periscope arrangement for sights. Only a few of them were made, and it came so late in the war that it's not clear whether it was ever used in combat.

yes they did make them but after ~100 rounds the tube broke and it was useless untill untill you took the tube off. it does shoot arouind corners but i still prefer my frag grenade or flash bang/m4+m203 combo :D
