Cornwell torque wrench?

Has anybody heard of this brand or torque wrench? Good or bad? Looking for a low torque (1/4") for use on, well, low torque fasteners and might be able to get a good deal on a Cornwell but cant find much on the web as far as reviews...
 
Snap-On's on ebay were a little over $100 last time I looked. I haven't used Cornwell before so, not much help there.
 
Cornwell makes excellent tools. Their older ratchets are some of my all time favorites, even over MAC and Snap-on. I have no information on current Cornwell, but as long as they have not sold to some chinese company recently, you will be very pleased with their tools. Cornwells in a pawn shop are one of those lucky gold mine finds.
