Dexwithers made the sheath and the scales are dyed Micarta. It's on my person everyday since I got it.

Yes! Your average knife can't open a bottle and your average bottle opener cannot slice limes. Bk11 win!

Maybe I'll have to get one for Cuba libre duty. Opening glass bottles of Mexican Coke and slicing those limes!

I'd say you're appreciating the versatility of the 11 appropriately. I won't quibble over beer choice.:D

What better companion to have with a 6 pack off Carona, other than a fine woman of course..

The 11 is one of my favorite blades for the same reasons. Plus, when people ask me "is that a knife around your neck?" I answer simply: "no, it's a bottle opener.......with a sharp thingy on the other end..."

Someone's been drinking. That is quite clearly a 12-pack.

Haha - you were right on the money, but it was only 3 small scotches

¡Olé!

But really, the Mexican variety uses real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. Maybe it's all in my head, but the glass bottles remind me of my trip to the Dominican Republic and the start of my relationship with good rum.

Yeah, the Mexican Coke is a LOT better than normal Coke.

That came out wrong.

Niall likelihood Ethan will disagree with me but some knives seem like they would go with wine and others with beer; I see Beckers as beer knives! Good strong stout beer!

As an aside, always rinse carbon steels with water as soon as practicable after cutting citrus - just my practice; YMMV.
