Correct Exchange negative feedback mistake

I don't know if this is the best way to ask or not but a buyer mistakenly gave me negative feedback for a transaction recently and I was hoping that could be changed. He told me of the mistake immediately and said he contacted people on the forum in an effort to fix it. The comments he left on the feedback obviously don't match up with a negative rating. It was an honest mistake but I would still like to get it fixed.

Go to the page where it was given, click the little black and red triangle icon, foll out of the reason why it needs to be reversed, submit the info and then wait until Spark comes around to review it.
