Here is another We are just finishing up for a forum member and local San Diegan.
She was given the name "Corrie"
A new one for us...
3/16 1095
sabre ground with swage grind and file work.
Differentially heat treated, hand rubbed to 800 grit, acid etched
Amboyna Burl scales with 3/16 and 5/32 stainless pins.
Blade length: 6"
Overall length: 11"

Very nice. I really like the really clean lines and the pronounced hamon (I believe its called) The marks left from heat treating.
 
Hey a really nice knife!, and your "Bessie" as well.

Now who's in charge of the sheath department?? that "Layla" scabbard is wild!

I'm in charge of the sheath department and have made all of them except that one. Lol. The sheath for Layla was made by my good friend and leather tooling tutor Marco Turrubiartes. He does some amazing leather work. Check out El Vaquero Muerto Leather Art to see more of his stuff.

That wrench was a nice garage sale bargain. Picked it up for a buck. I believe it is an old buggy wrench, but I could be wrong. I dig the way it looks in the pictures.

This knife was fun to make. It is a bit outside of our "normal" box. This was the first time I've tried to do any file work. It was a pain, but I'm pretty happy with it. I know where I can improve on the next one I attempt :)
