Cost of Tables at Knife Shows?

What is the cost of a table at knife shows throughout the States? Pretty well standard or does it vary by location and State? Input appreciated.

I've paid as little as $40 for a table at small knife shows.
Some shows charge between $150-$500 for a single table.
