Cost to replace handles?

I'm going to be taking another trip to the desert and I want to take my FBM again. What would be a cost and turn around time to have my regular handles (only slightly busted up) with some magnums. My buddy here at home has a FBM with the magnums and I like the feel a lot better.

Also... what about a resharpen/ refinish/strip/or blast is that kind of work ever done? and how $$$ am I looking at for the handles or any of this.

Umm - do not toss them handles away when you are done. Thems the Snake Skin pattern- and many find it to be desirable )

Oh and I am not sure on the cost for the service you want - but a call to Amy O can fix that!

save or sell those handles as tons of folks are really into them, and call Amy-0 at the shop to find out the costs and such.

Best to check with Amy or Garth. The shop will generally try to expedite things for someone in the service going overseas.

Horton is a good choice. But another option is Busse Combat. They replaced my handles, and the cleaned up the dimples, but kept them as I requested. And they also changed the handles on my SJTAC I broke and sent to them, all for just $49.95. But it took a couple of weeks so if you want a fast turn around go Horton.

Here is the knife and I touched it up with my strop for the final touch after convexing it.
