Could Gold Members get an e-mail PRIOR to their membership expiring?

To whom it may concern, (like SPARK)

Could you please send Gold or other paying members an e-mail or notice that their membership is is expiring BEFORE it does so? My profile never posted when my membership would end and I was kind of upset to see locked thread appear in the exchange. I would have gladly paid BEFORE the transition if I had an e-mail or other notice. I log on to BFC several times a day from various networks, and would have "re-upped" if I had "advance warning."
 
Next version of the software is suppossed to take care of this problem.
 
I was just bounced to basic as well. I know I have recieved notices in the past.

Your expiration date is in your profile.

It is a good idea to view your profile once in a while, and update it anyway, so you'll see the expiration date when you do that.
 
My paid membership space is blank. I'm hoping I stay Gold til the 15th when I will have the bucks to renew.

I know it is coming up soon tho.
 
Ditto, my paid membership space was blank as well.My expiration date NEVER posted in my profile. I checked several times during the course of the year. Also, I "re-upped" as soon as I saw that I became a "basic member" again, and placed an order with 1SKS at the same time. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of my order, and have not been replaced to "gold member status". Unfortunately, I didn't print or save the order summary. Spark, I think your software may be clustered. Housten...we have a problem......
