This is my first post here. I know many of you have years working with Mr Jerry busse and his team, the last week was my first time speaking And dealing with them.
I first sent an email to Jerry about a knife I saw in one of his posts. I had a helpful return email in no time at all. He directed me to Amy or Garth I spoke to Amy last week and I felt like I was her only concern that day, she sent me emails and links and I found a standard model as my first direct busse. But i had heard from Bill R just how sweet their custom shop was. I spoke to Garth today and he spent probably an hour explaining options, what he liked, what was popular, what was possible to get, what wasn't and why. I never felt rushed, I wish i had recorded it as he gave me so much useful information. It was a JOY spending money with them, I have never had customer service from another company like that in my life, nothing close. Two members here have been very helpful, Trevor ( I actually met him online buying a STRIDER) and Bill R. He went to recent show so I could get my first busse to use. ( Bill has it shipped yet ? The wait is killing me) both men have taken extra time to explain as much as I can absorb about the names and the process and the secondary market.
I really just wanted to say thank you to : Jerry, Amy, Garth, trevor and Bill. I am enjoying the heck out of this new hobby!,
