I have a Buck/Strider SBMF 889, and I can't switch the clip to the right side of the knife:grumpy: . I think that the threads inside of the handle that hold the clip screws in are stripped, the clip is on the left side of the knife now, and I am right handed, so it is not working out too well. I can't find an e-mail address for Buck, and my cell phone doesn't get any service at home, so I thought I would ask here. Does the warranty cover the stripped screw holes? How can I get in touch with Buck via internet? How long will it take to fix my knife? How much will it cost if warranty doen't cover it? Please let me know, and thanks for the help in advance.

I bet you a coffee they fix it without charging you. This company has the best warranty on the planet. I would contact Joe Houser by email. He is Buck's boss of customer service. Look for one of his posts here and get his email from his profile.
