Hi just signed in today would like to know how i can post pictures from my phone ?

You have to use the Tapatalk app, or upload the photos on a PC to something like photobucket or flickr in order to access them. There are very few good apps (if any) that allow uploading photos from a mobile phone.
 
The Photobucket app works ok. Easier to use than actually going to the website on a phone.
