I have a commemorative knife I am unable to find any information on. I was
wondering if someone could help me out.
The knife is a commemorative knife for the 1st armored division WWII. The
crossguard and pommel are high polish and gold in color and marked US M3
IMPERIAL on blade side of the crossguard. The handle appears to be a black bakelite material with a US Army raised emblem centered on the handle on one side. There are two gold colored screw/nut combination holding the handle grips in place. The blade has gold laser etched 1st armored division World War II and centered on the blade is Old Ironsides. The blade is beautifully blued over the gold etching. I can post/send a picture if you need one. I would appreciate any information you can give me to find out something about this knife. Thanks
