Hey, to start off, I am super into the American made Buck knives. If I'm going to buy any knife in general, it better be made in America or from an American company. I love the looks if the Buck 302 Solitaire, but I cant find any reviews or thoughts on it. I've looked at YouTube and Google but didn't find much. It'd be much appreciated if someone could provide a review about the knife. Thanks

I have 2 of them that spend time in my pocket occasionally :)
I like them.
Lighter and slimmer than a 301 since they have just the one blade.
For some unknown reason they seem to have stronger springs than the 301 (better snap)... which is odd since the parts should be the same.

I've got the rosewood and brass Solitare and the yellow delrin. Both are nice light, slim knives that are great for every day chores. Some times you just don't need the bulk and extra blades of the 301 stockman pattern. The Solitare is a wonderful option.

My review... a little long winded, sorry.

The 302 is a lot of knife in a small package.:D I really miss the yellow ones.:(

Like Desert Chris mentioned, my Buck 302 Solitaire has more snap than my recent Buck 301 Stockman pocketknives - really just the perfect amount, easy to open, but snappy when closed. OH
