Could use some help with identifying

My dad asked me to help him identify some knives that he has. It was purchased as a set, they both have the same serial number. They are unused and have the original sheaths, cases, and sharpener.

Only a serial number on the smaller one--owner had Randall etch the same number on the full-size knife, in order to create a matched pair.
