I got this blade from a friend, I looked online and couldn't find an of these lil fingers with the same markings, and what does the Ltd mean?
Schrade did not make a knife called a "lil finger"!
The knife you have is an un-finished Schrade Little Finger, made about 2001-2003.
The "LTD" indicates, it was a "Special Limited Addition" knife.
These knives were sold at the Schrade Close Down Auction Sales, in 2004.
The knife shown below, is one of the Unfinished Blades, finished off in China; for sale on eBay.

This is the finished LTD Little Finger, with bone handles and special shield, from my collection.

This is some of my Schrade Badgers with the same bone handles, made about the same time.

Your photo is of a variant of a 162 UH Wolverine. It is not a Little Finger.

The knife above has alway had me confused.
A seller on eBay had hundreds of those shileds [Cowboy]
I have tried to find out a little of the history, of that knife.
The only reason I have it, is because it came from the sale in 2004... Ken
