was looking at some of the early khukris on the homepage was wondering if I could get a kothimoda after LT. fisher's ?
even a plain jane model with the very large leafblade and replicate the fuller and chira (with some generous bone handles and magic stone mirrors of course)-- but again this would make just a cool knife even if you didnt cover it in fine silver and goooold.
also , on a custom piece can you request where the HI UB kami and kami sign go? because , would it be possible to do it down the spine of the blade and put the trisul shadow like on fishers behind the cho? and is a pronged cho like that doable? anyway yeah, that was called one of the most important objects in british history, because it was carried by the man who helped suppress the indian uprising ( just read the links omg)
so yeah, a super fancy replica of this made by HI would be an ideal kothimoda (minus the lizard scabbard) in antler or bone (or horn you know)
or a very plain model that only features a very large leaf blade with the same patterning , almost like a long yvsa and wooden or horn handles
history besides though, thats an cool khukuri
