Could you anodize this?

No and it would be redundant to anodize the head of a hammer I think. My tank is not set up to handle things that large and although I appreciate your asking me about it I quit doing anodizing jobs a while back. I just can't fit much more in these days than my low rider clips and mini ti pry.

That hammer may anodize if someone had the tank to hold it but it could also be an alloy of titanium that you'd have trouble anodizing. I've noticed in using the various alloys that they vary in properties enough to make what we take for granted with 6AL-4V ti something that you'd have to work to achieve with other types.

Gotcha on the tank issue!

I agree it would be a little redundant, but if I'm gonna drop $100+ on a hammer... I'm about to pull the trigger on one, and was thinking about customizing it a little. I can't leave anything the way it comes.

(When I strap on my framing tool belt I've got well over a grand on my hips, might as well look cool and be unique!)

On Edit: Great to hear that you are that busy!
