I'm recently picked up this head, and was not familiar with Council Tools but after a long search figured out what it was, I see most of the heads from the manufacturer are stamped made in U.S.A.on the opposite face from the logo this one is just stamped 3 1/2. I am wondering if any one knows what period this was manufactured. It is in very good condition, but my guess is that it is an older example. Any help would be appreciated.
Also if anyone can help me figure out how to post picture on this thread nI would appreciate it.

Hi David, this site has different levels of membership. As a free member you are limited to posting pictures that are "hosted" elsewhere then shown here via a link to them where they are hosted. I imagine the reasoning is that hosting the thousands of photos for sharing here takes resources and BladeForums reserves those resources for upgraded memberships. That being said, you have some options.

Common picture hosts include https://www.flickr.com/, https://imgur.com/, https://postimages.org/ for example. I like Flickr but many others work just fine.

You will want to choose one of those hosts and upload your photo there. More often than not you will be given options of different links to "share" your photo. Many will not show here as a picture directly pasted into the text panel here so this will often work (for me at least):

When you click the image in your host gallery to make it go full screen, right-click it, click 'copy image address'. Here in the text panel, click the image icon at the top, copy said link into the insert window. Click "Insert".

It sounds complicated until you do it once.
