I feel like I might have asked already but could not find it.

Anyways I'm interested in getting one, but it kind of seems dimensionally odd and I'd sure love to see some size comparisons with ths eye in particular to know what I'm getting into.
Compared to say a boys axe and a common 1/4lb hatchet that is, I don't actually own a cruiser yet.

At 2lb for the head I'd like to put it on a 22" handle, but the eye looks kind of big and I'm not sure modifying a full sized handle would work.

I can throw up some cruisers with demisions for research purposes, as i was just going to throw them up here but if you are looking specifically at a council tool saddle axe i dont want it to be cluttered if someone actually has one. But what i can gather from using some scuff paint demisions is it is ~6in long x 3in face. If that helps.

It could still be a good reference for somebody else in the future though.

Collins Homestead was weighted. Other is a True Temper A45. Both on househandle cruisers.

Nice axes there.

I'm looking more for eye dimensions mostly, but thanks for those pictures anyways.
