I have received a Council Tool Sport Utility Classic Jersey Axe with Phantom Bevels from FortyTwoBlades (Baryonyx Knife Co.)
http://www.baryonyxknife.com/cotocljeha.html
Tis is one sweet axe!
In another thread I commented on the poor grind and finish of the Council Tool 6 lb Dayton Flat Head Fire Axe I got from another seller.
In contrast, the new Sport Utility Classic Jersey has almost a boutique axe appearance.
Mine looks almost the same as the one on the Baryonyx site, but the handle is even nicer:

If that look is typical, it means that Council Tool had dramatically improved its quality control.
The axe has a 3.5 lb head and a 32" handle.
While technically it is a full size axe, it feels like a smaller axe to me and I would personally prefer it over a 28" long boy's axe.
The phantom bevels are not very deep, but are well formed.
I like the sport utility finish as well.
I think with the sport utility finish axes Council Tool created a line, which could successfully compete with the Swedish boutique axes.
