Counter point xl,any input on performance?

I am interested in ordering this knife, it obviously is a dagger, but how does it perform for various utility,and camping chores like food prep etc.Am I better off getting large Espada od Holdout,xl voyager etc and use it for utility?
 
I am waiting for a thinner counterpoint xl. I have the 4in version. It looks strange when you have it in hand (compared to other knives), but I like it. The XL Holdout handle is better for a larger hand, but it would probably cut just fine. It has a really wide flat ground blade.
I did use my XL Voyager clip point to filet decent sized salt water fish, and it did great. I found it pretty easy to clean with soap and water too. The Aus 8 version is really a bargain right now. You definitely be able to find one for $40, or even a few dollars less.

Counter point I with G-10 handle would be nice! Since it's designed to be boot knife, it makes sense to make it thinner...
