I looked all through my MCS phone book, and cant seem to find them... I need counterbore, or countersinks whatever, for 8-32, and 6-32 B-head screws.. Thanks in advance..

Best I can tell ya is measure the screw head with your mic. and courspond it with a # drill a couple thousants bigger. Then regrind the tip to a lesser angle. Won't cost as much.

I think maybe travers tool is a better catalog for those....
Or you could start using rivits!!!!! :p:p:p

Trace, I have looked all over as well, I just finally reground drill bits that would cut a flat bottom hole. You could also buy the counterbores that you put the replaceable pilot in.

Hey Tom you have a number for that Travers tool place? Rob I am about to do just that, jeeze it seems like they would be easy to find.. You can find them for socket head, flat head etc..
Thanks guys and if anyone else has a line on these things I would appreciate it..
