Haven't seen a clone of the Charge TTi. Does the auction have photos? Posting photos here would help.
I have seen some low prices on other Charge models... they appeared to be RMA but can't say for sure. There was also a seller who was salvaging broken Waves by piecing them together but if I recall correctly, he was advertising them as such. I have seen made in China clones of the old Wave, Juice, and lots of PST clones but they were advertised as such and they weren't marked Leatherman.

Sent a reply to your PM but thought I'd post here also since I've been seeing a lot of this type of auction.
The photo is a stock photo. That is a good price but notice what it says way at the bottom of the auction description: "Does not come with nylon sheath. Out of it's original box." It's possible that it's a RMA (sent in and fixed by Leatherman) but I can't say for sure. Based on the quoted text and the number that he's selling, I suspect that it's a RMA of a TSA forfeiture but that's just a guess. If it's a clone you would definitely be eligible for a PayPal claim. More worrisome for me would be the sellers feedback (only 2).
