County Comm pen...TSA okay?

I don't know about that model, but there have been intermittent reports of "tactical-style" pens being confiscated. So, consider it a risk. You may be able to reduce that risk by putting the pen inside of a bag or jacket pocket such that it is less obvious. Don't bury it such that it creates the appearance that you're trying to hide it, but just make it a little less in-your-face. But you do have to accept that there is a risk of loosing it.

With the TSA you are asking for trouble carrying it on your person. If your goal is to have it at your destination, check it in your bag to be on the safe side.

Context is important. Put in the admin section of your bag (if it has one) next to a pencil and a notebook. (I've carried one that way through several dozen flights over the past few years, without any problems.)

I wouldn't risk it. The TSA are nothing but a bunch of thieves who will make no hesitation in taking something they like.

I haven't. The Embassy looks like a pen. No points like on some other models. I'll wager you'll be fine.

I used to take these through TSA regularly in my computer bag with some other pens. Never had a problem.
