Well, I have their BDU shorts which I believe are simply those BDU's cut down. They seem pretty nice to me. I have two gripes though. Medium normally fits me, but their mediums are a bit large. I had to crank down on the waist adjusters for it to fit anywhere close to decent. The other qualm is that the cargo pockets are HUGE. And when I use that word, I'm saying six tennis balls huge. Almost too big to be usable...for me that is. You may have a need for pockets that can fit several paperback novels.
Other than those two issues, they came to me with tons of loose strings, but seem well made. I'd pick up another pair if they came out with a small size.
