Antler scales knife is just over 8" and has a decorative twist in the shape of a horse shoe
Black smith twist for blade stop
Copper moon textured bolster wrap

Weathered oak scales on other knife with black smith twist again for blade stop
Rawhide bolster wrap- Tapered tang - 7 7/8" OAL


Rawhide sheaths will be posted once they are finished

Levi, you are a busy man! I like the decorative horse shoe twist and every other detail. You do very nice work!

How did you weather the Oak? I have some old oak barn sideing I want to use, if I use a wire wheel on my angle grinder would that "age" the wood?

Steve, I got that oak the way it was already. You can make it look aged by scraping it with anything that gouges it. I used to hit my wood handles with just a set of keys to mark them up. I got that from Don Bruton "White Wolf".. if the wood is a little weathered already and starting to show cracks a wire wheel actually works pretty good.
