The big cook`s knife is for MidwestDave, forged finish, 3/32" thick, scandi edge, and maroon micarta. The Pocket Razor is for my daughter. It has black micarta, and something different for me, a chisel grind edge.

GREAT Work John!! I especially like the kitchen knife....The Scandi Grind and overall design of the knife is very appealing!!!

I`ve got to give the credit to MidwestDave, he sent me a drawing of what he wanted. It`s actually a "refined, oversized" version of my Roach Belly knife. My favorite thing is to work to customer drawings.

Somehow I seem to have missed the specs on the kitchen knife.
They both look great.

We all have a tendency to post our favorite pictures/knives you have made for us.
I'd like to see what one is your favorite.
If you had to pick just one which one knife/picture would it be?
Just curious, as you're the maker, which one you're most pleased with.

:)

Great pair.
Hope that Midwest Dave will share some user picts of his new acquisition.

Can't wait to put the RB to work in the kitchen.
And I'm excited to get my first JK with G10.

Thanks once again John.

That might take some serious thinking. I know what my favorite model is, but I don`t own one. :o

That Cook's Knife looks like a real pleasure to use. Nice lookin' couple of Contest Knives also.

The kitchen knife looks awesome, as does the contest knife (that little chisel grind is great, too!). Nice work, John.

All the best,

- Mike
