Two of my favorite use 'em for everything EDC knives:
Just wanted to show a very useful design..

DPKnives "Woodsman" LOA 7-1/4", Blades convex 3-1/2" x 1/8" in 1095
Top one is Lati White Wenge and lower is Leopard wood.
The handles are a little thicker than most, very comfortable.
(These are often available by Doug in the BF Knifemakers forum).

Edited: I've added some more of my Hunter/Skinners below..

Let me know what you think, Thanks -Ron

Another David Hall Hunter/Skinner.
LOA 9", Blade 4-1/4" of 5/32" 440C Hollow ground 57-59 HRC.
Hidden tang in block of Desert Ironwood.

I have big mitts and this by far the most
comfortable handle on I knife I've ever owned.
The filework is a nice touch.

I really like the size and profiles of these blades for everyday work. Thanks fr sharing them.

Thanks, Knives don't have to be big for me to be useful.
For Skinning I like a 3-1/2 to 4 inch blade, maybe
a little bigger handle because I have large hands.
Here are a couple more..

Bill Akers LOA 7-3/4" Clip Hunter,
Blade 3-1/2" 440C Hollow Ground with Filework,
Handle 4-1/4" in Thuya Burl
