Last week's pickups, Auot Elite and Pro.

Buck scored big with the G10 scales on these, the perfect amount of grip.

I'm wanting to try an automatic Buck. I know Preston carries a more modern designed one and I liked its action so I'd like to get some time on the auto 110.

Man I still want a 110 pro. I'm coming up on a renewed monthly budget and had no doubt that was going to be next....then I get an e-mail about a stag 501. That's a great looking pair JD...let us know what you think after some use :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
Automatic knives are not permitted in my state.

Can you tell us if the Buck auto opens and closes with the button? Or do you need to unlock at rear to close?

I like that 110 Pro. I have one waiting on me to buy, right now. I plan to get it next month.
 
I have both and they are great performers. They have an industrial look. On the auto you need to release the lock like a normal 110.
 
Carried my 110 Pro on the Avalon Fishing Pier earlier this afternoon - didn't land anything to cut up so it is still clean. I think the 110 Pro is a true upgrade to the Buck 110 series and well worth the extra money. OH

Eric, I do have the 110 auto, so if you want to check it out let me know. The 898 Impact just carries so well with the pocket clip it's my EDC. The 110 auto will go into the field this hunting season:thumbsup: Preston
