Today Pala had his right eye surgery and everything went well. Dr. told him do not make handle for a week. He is taking a rest now.

He made those two new handles last week.

20 inch Ang Khola by new kami Tej. His blade mark sign is star. Pala made the maple wood handle. Great work by Pala and Tej. Excellent investment at $145.

18 inch Gelbu special by Dil Kami. Pala remodel the blade and made a new (walnut) wood handle. The wooden sheath is made by Sarki. Nice work by Pala, Dil and Sarki. Rare one for your collection at $95. *SOLD*

Email to get one or both
Pala found a perfect fit scabbard, Karda and chakma for this Knife.

Very glad to hear about Pala's successful eye surgery, Yangdu. I know that you'll take good care of him and make sure that he recovers like he should. But as soon as he's better put him back to work. He's making some good handles for us and making some good deals available at the same time.

Thoughts of love and health to you all.

Good news about Pala, I hope things go well for the next one too.

Really digging the Gelbu there and would sure love to own it but alas, I am spent. :(

Thank you for giving a nice home for Gelbu special

Have all the new Kami marks been added to the "register" yet?
I am kind of anxious to see what they all look like, it will be some time before I personally can buy anything.

I like that 20" AK, and if my Pala-handled BGRS is any indication, you will just loooooove how it feels in the hand. Is it just my eyes, or does the grip ring on the AK point in the opposite direction from usual, and if so, is that the first time for such a design? Interesting.

It does look like it is backwards from the usual handle ring but there is no "set" pattern for these rings, it is all in the preference of the maker and user. No, it isnt the first time a handle has been made this way, many old khukuri have similar handle rings.
