I wanted to make these as gross and evil looking as possible! I think I succeeded.

.2 thick 1095
11 and 1/4 OAL with a flat ground blade.
Paper micarta scales.

Holy Crap! Awesome doesn't quite cut it. That is one badass friggin looking cleaver! It looks like something the character would carry around going through the levels in Diablo (albeit a little bigger).

I was thinking of making a cleaver like this in the near future and I can't quite decide if this inspires me or depresses me. I found my new all time favorite knife. Great job.

Channing, really nice work, and great imagination. Now you need to make some bigger ones, say, around 12" or so. Again, great job!
