1) A question regarding the assisted opening series with "Robo-power". What is the correct way to handle the closed knife and deploy the blade? I am surprised I wasn't able to find any documentation on this. I have tried opening one at a store and it feels ackward no matter how I try it. Especially on the smaller models like the SIZZLE.
The best way I was able to come up with was to pull down on the opening flipper with my INDEX finger. Gives me the surest grip. If I try pulling down with the thumb, then I don't get as good a grip on the knife. Fingers get in the way of the blade coming out. Was wondering how you guys get these knives open.
2) I notice a lot of these folders come with clips. What is the correct way to use the clip? If I plan on carrying the knife in my right front pocket, then should the body of the knife be INSIDE the pocket with the clip showing on the OUTSIDE? Or is it the other way around? Or am I completely wrong and the thing is supposed to be fastened to a belt or something?
