COVAD sucks!

If any of you guys or your employers are considering integrated IP, voice or anything else, and the words COVAD are mentioned-beat them with a rolled up newspaper!

At least once a week, some portion of our service drops off. I realize that this could be a part of GB& U, but telephone service, internet providers and e-mail are all gadgets to some degree.

Wow, I'm surprised you're having problems with COVAD. I've used them for 3 years now, and only had a problem once- and a phone call to their customer service fixed it promptly.
