I'm buying a new hunting coverall this year, and i would like your opinion on which of these brands is best.

The price difference is about $3 so that's not going to make the decision for me.

Please let me know which you prefer, and why

I have a set of Walls insulated tan coveralls. They are made well but are HEAVY! If I went another way instead of Carhart. I would buy a thinner pair of coveralls and layer underneath. I have never owned Russells so I can not comment on them.

I wore coveralls for a few years out in the cold and I agree. way too heavy and they impair mobility. I switched to a stormshell/snowboarding bibs setup and I liked it a lot more

I have a set of Carhart coveralls. I'm looking for something heavier. I tried layering last year, and just about froze after sitting for 6 hours in a stand in 18 degree weather

Thanks for the input. I am going to be buying without being able to try either one on, so it's nice to know as much as possible
