We have seen some year-in-review threads for 2020, and we are already seeing discussions of what people have acquired so far in 2021.
For me covid really hit in late March of 2020. I had been stuck for work in a small condo in a different city, temporarily away from my workshop, when suddenly I was sent home to work remotely.
The only good things to come out of the pandemic for me was that I could keep working remotely and be around my tools.
It has actually been 13 months, so a bit more than a year. I felt like I was constantly working on a knife build, and I thought I only bought a few.
Taking stock now I guess I built 15 knives in 13 months (less than I thought), and bought 14 knives in that same time (way more than I thought).
My builds are to the left in the photo, purchased knives to the right.
