hey Poorguy, that is a snake with some interesting scale patterns, its called a Karung, it lives somewhere in Indonesia if I remember correctly. The scales look like a cross between a beaded lizard and snake. I've got this one in black, gray, white and off white, and a very nice burgundy. Its really nice stuff to work with.

thanks for all the pics!! I see a lot of history in some of those, back to my first year of full time work.
