Cowboy Up! . . . .

What Does That Mean?

The term cowboy up is a slang phrase that is used to encourage someone to become stronger or tougher. It originated from the rodeo warning call “cowboy up,” which indicated that a rider was prepared to take on a difficult ride. Over time, it has evolved to mean being mentally and physically prepared to tackle challenging or dangerous tasks. It is often used as a verb, motivating someone to confront challenges head-on and with determination.

Interestingly, Cowboys have been known to use a bolo style tie for dressing up on occasion, and Spanish Gauchos would use a bolas for entangling and capturing animals. I wonder if that was the case in historical Utah, perhaps in the Moab area?

Hmmmm, get "stronger or tougher"? Wonder if this means we're going to see a magnum version of an existing model come out soon to further the excitement seen with the release of the Magnum Outlaw?

I know I'm not alone in wanting to see more thick INFI!
