CPCU designation?

I work in the insurance industry and currently have a few insurance licenses.

My question is that my company is willing to pay for any designation I would like to get. I have decided on getting my CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) designation. I would like to find out any tips on books and study material from those that have taken it, also how long it took you to complete?
