No experience with the Jarosz, nor with the Halpern mule team scales. I put scales on a mule team of my own design that have a little more 'coke bottle' contouring from the top view. The profile of the tang is the same though.

On that basis, the mule team handle is pretty cramped because of the curvature, relative to the EDC handle. It is just at the limit of what I find comfortable, and prefer the EDC handle for this reason (but I really like the FFG on the muley!).

Apart from the objective numbers P patrickguignot what's your take on the more subjective feel?

I really like the Spyderco. I don't mind the handle curvature and the full flat grind is awesome. The Halpern scales with the diamond like texturing are more grippy than the EDC micarta scales...but I also love the EDC handle. It's a more beefy feeling due to the weight of the knife and also due to the width and the contouring of the handle. The blade is more robust and I'm never afraid of hard using it.

Compared to the Mule and the EDC, the Globetrotter handle feel a little bit slippy. The shape is good but the scales texture needs more sanding I think. The steel is also less impressive. AEB-L is a good steel but it's not a Powder Metallurgy high alloy wonder like 3V or 20CV.

PS : Sorry for my English. I'm not a native speaker.
