cpm 154 chefs knife for my wife (WIP)

blade length: 7 3/4"

overall length: 12"

blade thickness: just under 1/8"

blade grind: chisel, same for the edge.

i am still not that great at big blades on the grinder a little hand sanding and it will be perfect

I use knives a lot in the kitchen since I like to cook...This looks like it will be awesome! CPM154 will be sweet. What do you think of using M4?

M4 was actually my first choice but then i realized that the knife was not for me and that my wife would not be able to take care of it that well.

it is going to be red and black g10 3/8" thick same as my survival knife WIP check it out

little bit more handle work on the survival knife and i am posting them together because they are made of the exact same materials

dremel work on the survival knife and rough grinding and dremeling on the chef knife.
