How To Cpm-20cv geometry change with heat treat?

Hi all,

I want to make a balisong blade out of cpm-20cv.
I've made trainer blades before, but never had to dabble in heat treatments yet. For this one, I'm planning on sending it out to get heat treated after I get it machined.

What do I need to be prepared for after heat treatment? Will the geometry change significantly? Will I need to undersize/oversize the pivot holes at all? Should I expect warp?

I know, newbie question, but I haven't been able to find the answer on my own. Thanks everyone!
